A&w Canada - Innisfail

The staff at this restaurant work exceptionally well as a team. They are friendly and efficient, making for a pleasant dining experience. Our food was served hot, and what impressed my husband the most was Bella's thoroughness in cleaning, even washing the chairs! I made sure to share my appreciation with them directly, but I hope the managers and owners recognize the great work these team members are doing!

I've visited this restaurant several times, but my order has never been correct. The food still tastes great, though. On May 24, 2023, the staff member even checked our order thoroughly. I intended to double-check it in the car, but we were in too much of a hurry. When I got home, I found that my order was indeed wrong, and unfortunately, it wasn't tasty this time due to the added spice that completely ruined it for me. Service: Good. Meal Type: Dinner. Price per person: CA$1–10.

As for the parking situation, maybe it's worth considering eliminating the drive-thru entirely if everyone ends up having to park and wait anyway. Service: Takeout Meal Type: Dinner Price per person: CA$10–20

Purchased burgers for two people today, brought burgers home and neither of us could eat them. Funny/odd tasting burgers, had to throw them in the garbage. Hands down the worst burgers I have ever had. Will never eat there again, probably not any A&W again because of this experience . Will always wonder if all A&W's get their meat from the same supplier. Chances are they do. I want to know, what is in their meat? They advertise real beef but I highly doubt that it is. Kind of worried what we were eating in this crazy world we live in today. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30
