Countryman Ingoldmells

Not the same as last time I visited which is a shame. Not sure if it’s different management. Not aloud to sit and eat in the main area had to go in the family room which in one word is depressive and not a nice environment at all. Our children are 12 and 9 so would not have been running about the place. Food was dry and overcooked and not family friendly at all.

We had a meal here last night I can honestly say it was one of the best we have had out. I had a dressed crab salad with new potatoes and the knife just went through hubby's steak lovely. Service was prompt and welcoming. Very reasonable priced must book. Really recommended

A very friendly service and amazing food....we had the homemade ham and leek pie and the homemade cottage pie for our mains ! We also had the garlic mushrooms starter and the mozzarella stick starters....everything was served at the perfect temperature and was so tasty! Sadly we were too full to enjoy the dessert menu which included my favourite of apple crumble!
