Hungry Joe's Burgers - Inglewood

For the second year in a row, I ordered from Hungry Joe's during a visit to Inglewood. I love the food. This time my friend and I ordered stew peas, brown stew fish, a side of oxtail, and a beef patty. The full platters come with veggies, rice and plantain. All told, it was enough food for a huge meal with plenty of leftovers. The brown stew fish was wonderfully seasoned and moist cooked to perfection. The stew peas were delicious one of the best bean dishes I've ever had. The staff is delightful and makes customers feel special.

Had a very good experience in here with my girlfriend. The food was served quick and the customer service is just excellent. Prices are reasonable.

I like this spot! They offer splendid dishes, they have a rich menu, The cook in that place is a real pro, I enjoy very much tasting all their dishes. The food is always fresh, the attitude towards the guests is very good too. I visit often this place and I not even once was unsatisfied. I recommend it with no hesitation.

I had the large oxtails plate. My husband and I shared it and both of us loved it. We also had two patties one jerk and the other curry. The jerk was better, but they were both good. I will definitely recommend them.

We decided to visit this restaurant to see if the reviews were as good as everyone claimed, and they definitely lived up to the hype! The oxtails were incredibly flavorful, and while the curry chicken was tasty, it wasn’t quite on the same level as the oxtails. I absolutely loved the rice and beans that came with my meal; there’s something sweet in the recipe that makes it really delightful. The cabbage was seasoned perfectly as well. The portion sizes are quite generous, which makes the price feel justified. Overall, I was very satisfied and would happily return.
