I genuinely dislike this location.Staff is rude. You ask them a question and they’ll just look and not acknowledge you. You stand at the pick counter and they just continue their personal conversations. Ugh!

I wasn’t happy about your hidden 5% fee. The cashier never informed me about it nor do I recall seeing any signage of this. Service was ok, food was on the greasy side, coffee was good. I liked some of the products you had but were low in stock. Maybe I’ll come back again but as a first timer I wasn’t happy about my purchasing experience.

Best coffee since Australia 6wks ago! Breakfast burrito was sensational, and omg I did not expect to find such a trendy, cosy, comfy, classy little place with the space to chill, anywhere around here. So so happy. Thanks team!

We are here at the cafe right now, ordered for breakfast for a family of 4 with a kid and toddler. We ordered everything, paid everything and find out that there is no seating inside and upstairs is closed due to an event about which employees do not inform you in advance and the sign is back at the entrance of the stairs. And when we complained about that all the thing that the staff is saying ‘we are sorry but nothing we can do’ . Such a bad service, such poor management, such a ‘limited approach’ from the staff.If you do not know how to manage customers, one should go and choose somewhere else to work as a simple in advance information about limited seating capacity and solving the mismanagement are not that hard for a regular person.And we did not order for take out but to dine in!The food is ok, but if you start your whole experience with a negative approach from staff , you do not enjoy anything at all.It is written ‘good vibes’ above their door but it needs to start from that lady staff who said she is sorry but very far away from being sorry in reality.Kid friendliness: Not kid friendly at all as for staff it is ok that you eat your breakfast standing with a toddler in your lap
