Great food cooked to order, friendly carhops, my favorite root beer, enjoy the Saturday night cruise nights

After driving past this place for three years, we decided to finally try it. I was disappointed. Not only are the online prices very outdated, the description of the veggie burger turned out to be a bean burger, also had a white bun and not a wheat bun, as stated on the menu. The Texas burger was way over cooked and much more expensive than stated online. Please update your online prices! The fries were very oily and turned out to be more like a curly fry than your standard french fry. The fried green beans were OK although you needed a dipping sauce to taste anything. They were probably the best part of the meal. Although it was fun going to this type of drive-in, it took forever for the girl to come pick up our tray after we press the button. If the space wasn't so tight, I would've gotten out and put it on the trashcan myself, but she finally showed up. I did like the red gold catchup packets though but that's pretty sad to say that's what you really liked out of the meal. So for $25 that is what we got. We skip the drinks that turned out to be a lot more than stated online as well.

There's only a few Dog n Suds left this one is the Best! Super clean, plenty of parking room delicious food! The root beer is still original it's right across the street from the Ingleside train station.

FUN drive in! Really expensive but still good. Better than you would think cole slaw and hot dogs though you may need to buy more than you think to be full. Fries weren't done how I like em but still okay. Fun to drive in and get some drive in food
