We tried Malgai Podi Idli, Paneer Jini Dosa, Hydrebadi Masala Dosa, Rava Plain Dosa and Butter Plain Dosa. My favourite was Hydrebadi Masala Dosa ans Paneer Jini Dosa. They had variety of dosas, Idli, Vada , Appam , Uttapam and rice options. Must visit if you are South Indian lover.
This hotel offers authentic south indian thali andhra) also a variety of south indian breakfast dishes.. food is good. Service needs to be faster. The atmosphere is pleasant .
The attraction of going this restaurant is Free unlimited idlis on ₹99. We went 20 people and had only unlimited idli. I assuming myself a medium foodie) ate 7 idlis in one seating. They don't serve you extra sambhar and chutney on unlimited idlis order. So, make it better beforehand to have smooth experience. Food Taste: I had idli and it was good. However, that wasn't properly cooked as we are more than 20 people so might be the reason. Quantity: Quantity of sambhar was good, I had all 7 idli on that portion of sambhar but chutney serving was less. Either you inform them before serving to add a good portion on your plate. Price: It was a pricey place. Masala dosa at ₹150, really a 40-50% higher price. Considering 7 idlis at ₹99, it feels cheap to me but it's monotonous too and it might be the chance you want to have dosa, vada but not idli. Ambience: Just a good touched up restaurant. Had some murti and poster to get your photo shoot or that was giving a good and average vibes. Don't expect much however they will deliver a really genuine and good atmosphere. Space: Good and spacious. Don't worry you can bring your gang, families or mohalla. Service: Service was good, we were 20 the timing of services is incredible. Cleanliness: It was clean too. Waiting: Not a big waiting time even for us. Ease to Reach: Just a bit tough to reach there but you'll manage to reach if you ask few mates nearby or just google it up. Parking: No don't bring your car. Will I come here again? No sure but if they serve vada or dosa on unlimited menu then definitely ! Things which no one will tell you! Best time to go: lunch, don't try unlimited things in evening, it may be affect your digestion. Time is taken to cover: 30 mins Peace: Yes Photogenic location: Somewhere Online payment availability: Yes Suitable for: All People around: Corporates Nearby attractions: Offfices, C21 Mall Advice: Go for unlimited version. Whenever I feel like eating South Indian Dishes, I always get Romba South's name in my head on the top and it will forever be on the top because they serve the most authentic taste in Indore. Tried so many dishes in their Fusion Food Festival and they were better than what I expected. Try their Pink Batter Dosa, Pizza Uttapam, Rawa Biscuit English Vegetable Dosa, Chilli Idli, English Vegetable Appe and Tat Idli. Super Delicious with a little twist in taste and flavours.
I recently dined at Romba South, a South Indian restaurant, and I must say that the food was delightful. The flavors and authenticity of the dishes truly captured the essence of South Indian cuisine. The variety of options available was impressive, catering to different preferences and dietary requirements. However, I must mention that the service was a bit slow. It took quite some time for the staff to take our orders and deliver the food to our table. This did affect the overall dining experience, as we had to wait longer than expected. Despite the delay, the waitstaff was friendly and accommodating, which helped alleviate some of the frustration. Overall, Romba South offers delicious South Indian food that is worth trying. It would be even better if they could improve their service speed to enhance the dining experience further.
