Wendy's - Indianola

Always good food and clean. Service is 50/50 sometimes they are ALL friendly and sometimes they are ALL RUDE and need to go home!!

My order was wrong, gave it back, got it back wrong again, then still waited for 15 minutes to get it back it was just sloppy. The manager was no better than the employees, just an awful experience. Not going back to that location ever again!!

The best customer service I have received in a long time from Wendy's in Indianola. I wasn't greeted at the payment window but was thanked after I said Thank you. I was greeted and thanked at the pickup window. I couldn't tell you the name of the individual because I didn't see a name tag or was there eye contact. As far as my order goes, my food wasn't up to part. Fries were old, burger was good, and nuggets could have cooked a little long. Not sure if they were pulled up before yhe timer went off.

Everything was hot and fresh only in Mississippi is where the food is always good like the people

I use to love Wendy's. The burgers are dry they use to be so juicy. The Chilli has gotten aweful
