Peterson's - Indianapolis

Inaugurated for our anniversary. Everything tasted so good. The lobster lady fingers weren't so great, but good. If re-denominated, no special event required :

After moving to Carmel, we decided to try Peterson for steak and seafood. From the moment we went in all, it was inviting. Our server, Coy, was incredible! He went out his way to make sure we have a great, relaxing dinner experience. We decided to share some appetizers, and he made sure that they came out in intervals as if we had a three course meal. The food was delicious, especially the wrapped shrimps!! We will definitely be back for the lobster dicks and will ask to sit in Coys section!!!

The ambience was great, but the service was not so much.. I hate to leave bad reviews, but our server was simply not very attentive and didn't know anything about the menu. Our drinks were pretty strong what we were all right with Lol! Our appetizers were not described in the menu, we have the egg rolls and they were sweet? But they took them off the bill? my main problem was my pork chops and they were also sweet after I asked for the sauce on the side.so I sent them back and then I just got the AU ruby potatoes and me? They were also sweet. I think it was the sweet onions they used in them! I wouldn't have come back a problem, but I wish they would use the same sweet ivory option on everything.

Do you see this place a few times at night on my route? So I celebrated my girlfriend's birthday here? we our server was great!!!? started with a blue moon beer and a bourbon and a lemonade? took me a while to finish the bourbon because he was super strong? then ordered some of these Prime Rib egg rolls I was? not impressed by those at all neither was my girlfriend? they were somehow on the sweet tasting side as in Bbq Sauce or something we didn't feel? then I ordered a bowl of lobster bisque. The stuff was AMAZING all about it was great that I even immersed the side bread in it. Finally I ordered a 14oz Filet Mignon Butterflied with garlic butter on top and a page of Au gratin potatoes? And the steak was the best part of it all!!! So soft and delicate as it was seasoned was perfect!!! But on the other hand, my girlfriend didn't really enjoy it here she didn't like the one and her pork chop that she ordered, was messed up and it took so long to prepare another she said no and I only shared my steak with her and none of us like this Au Gratin really did not understand, the fenced onions was about in da lol made it taste sweet too. they took their meal off the bill, but I felt bad that she didn't get it on her birthday dinner probably? but I do not recommend this place because the steak was great!!!

The food was over priced and not good. Fancy names but nothing good about it. Spent well over a hundred dollars and only had a lobster appetizer that was gross and not cooked well and 2 fish entrees. Never will come back. Wolfies is better!
