For the first time recently visited with a large group and could not be happier with the experience. Our server, Tracy, who was absolutely thrilled all night, waited for us and brought us to our table. First time Diners, he did a good job to explain how it worked. Our beverage orders were taken away immediately and quickly came out. The same can be said by our food order, which is crucial when eating with small children. The food was abundant and delicious! Our whole group left full, happier and with a big new family memory.
Beautiful place really love how it looks like a really nice historic house on the outside!!!? came here for Valentine?s Day and a few other celebrations? I was happy to find out they carry my favorite beer Stella which I always start off with and a water with lemon and my girlfriend and I always order the combination dinner? so it?s the Indiana Fried Chicken and the 12oz Pork Chop and it?s a 2 really huge pork chops and we also enjoyed the sides the corn was super good and as well as the green beans and mashed potatoes and gravy I also at the salad it was different but still pleasing to me all in all I really enjoy myself every time I come here and I recommend you go here and get some fried chicken I prefer you check out those pork chops though I think they are better then the chicken and the chicken is damn good!!!
My husband found this little jewel looking for Amish style food. One of the few restaurants that have real family style food, and known for their delicious roasted chicken. All participants come with several pages, served family style at the table. Our meals began with mixed salad, which with their own home recipe vinaigrette.. The Vinaiigrette had a beautiful sweetness to him and was very delicious. The salad was served alongside fluffy hot cookies and apple butter, cottage cheese and well-kept beet. The beets were so good that we have a refill. The ducks were served with sides of corn, green beans, potatoes and landgravure. My husband got the fried chicken stall and paid a supplement for all white meat chicken and a charge for one side of the sweet spicy sauce. I have the chicken tongue duck, fried (bored is also an option) that comes with Ranch Dressing. The whole chicken was huge, perfectly cooked, perfectly fried and delicious. None of us could end our duck as it was so big and full. Dinner is served by a included vanilla ice cream shovel, accompanied by 3 syrups you can chocolate, mint and butterscotch. You have additional pages and desserts you can buy separately, but the entire included dinner is much more than enough. Our server was Chris that he has been working there for over 20 years and his experience reports. Service was excellent. He was quick to give refills, clear the table, manage our table and a big party error-free without asking to go containers, and was very patient and friendly. Even if the food wasn't amazing, the service alone would be a reason to return... But the food and service together make it a ghost again. We asked if we could come back to share a meal and were told yes, but if you don't get your own entree, you will not be charged $16 for all family-style pages a bad deal. The prices are slightly higher than I like to spend for a meal, but I think the quality, portions and service made it worth it. The decor and the atmosphere were very picturesque. There are also outside the restaurant.
That was our first time in the restaurant. Our waiter Chris explained everything well. He was very kind. Excellent service. The food was amazing. So happy we have authentic roasted chicken. I highly recommend this place. Thank you for a great experience.
