Gil Tacos - Indianapolis

You walk in, place your order, take a seat, and then your food is brought to you when your number is called. The wait time is short, the drinks are fantastic, and the food is delicious! The atmosphere is great, and the staff is exceptional! I’ll definitely be coming back regularly!

Absolutely amazing food! I was not expecting it to be this good. I ordered six carnitas tacos and was so pleased that I might actually return later this week. Everything was fantastic! You place your order at the window, pay, find a table, and wait for your number to be called. Interestingly, and quite rare in today’s world, there’s no prompt for a tip either. There are two different salsas to accompany your tacos, both of which are delicious—one is much spicier than the other, but neither is labeled. Take a guess at which one it is, haha!

The restaurant was fantastic! The food was delicious, and I enjoyed it so much that I visited three days in a row.

Great tacos, great friends, good times. I’ve created many memories eating here or take out with friends family, I won’t ever be tired of recommending Gil Tacos for their elotes and amazing tortas!
