Buffalo Wild Wings - Indianapolis

If you have been to this particular wing chain you know that the food is the pretty consistent.

I had the lunch special which comes with the boneless wings and fries.

We live Buffalo Wild Wings, but they wouldn’t accept the reservation that I made. We arrived, early, and still had a thirty minute wait past our reserved time since we had to remain in the “ first come, first serve” line. I don’t have a problem with restaurants choosing not to take reservations, but they should be removed from this service

Had a reservation at PM for a party of Got to the restaurant to find out they don’t take reservations. Even though they are on open table and have a sign on the door saying the are part of open table. Service was awful and slow

We made a reservation online and it was confirmed. When we arrived right on time, the hostess told us we had no reservation. We showed her the email reservation confirmation. She stated that our reservation was not valid because they no longer do online reservations. She was very rude in the way she spoke with us.Restaurant was dirtymessy.Service slow
