Taco Bell - Indiana

Taco bell is by far the greatest restaurant of all time, and any rating below 5 stars is not valid. I got 2 taco bell shirts, I'm pretty much a taco bell expert and it is great!!!

Workers were rude ignoring customers and carrying on in the back. Playing their own music with swearing in it for the whole restaurant to hear. Messed up our order when we paid extra for the swaps. And multiple Uber eats orders just while we wereeating. Wasn't even busy. Didn't think it was that hard to work at Taco Bell lol

The food was delicious, but I was disappointed with a couple of things. Firstly, we had to wait 20 minutes just to receive our food. I had ordered Nacho Fries, but they were not included in our order. It's possible they were understaffed when we visited, so keep that in mind if you decide to dine there.

I ordered delivery through DoorDash and once again, they failed to include the sauce I had requested. This has happened 10 times now, despite me ordering extra sauce each time in hopes of receiving some. The chips tasted like they were cooked in old oil and were inedible. The bean burritos were also disappointing, as they were hard and dry.

I have worked in the fast food industry for a short period of time, and I have been a regular customer at this Taco Bell since my college years. Recently, I have noticed some new faces among the staff, which I appreciate. However, it is unacceptable for a manager to take out their anger on an employee. Only 2-3 managers at this location are doing their job and trying to help the staff. The general manager needs to step up their game because it is obvious when they are inexperienced.
