Cathy's Coffee - Indian Trail

So good!!! Perfect place for my toddler and I have a beautiful, special morning treatment. She was so busy devoting a gluten-free chocolate chip muffin that I was able to drink a coconut milk latte while it was still warm! The espresso is deliciously smooth. Quiet little place, and Cathy was friendly and welcoming. We'll be back.

Cathy's first visit today... it won't be the last! Great coffee, treats and a warm welcome. The shop is so sweet and the coffee was the best... so many options!

Nice lady and smooth cold brew. Yesterday I ordered a small cold brew. It was smooth and full and delicious and.....quite energizing. I got SO MUCH DONE. I wan NOT expecting that at all. Two meals made, one for later and one for dinner. Cleaning. Packing. Organizing. Then I baked up a batch of cookies from a recipe I created off the top of my head. Thanks, Cathy, for making the best cup of iced coffee I 've ever had. (That is saying a lot as I 've lived in many different cities and states, have travelled internationally, and I 've been drinking coffee for more than 30 years.
