Biscuitville - Indian Trail

The staff member was pleasant, but the way the food was packaged left much to be desired. There was something on the bottom of the bag that got on my clothes, and the bag was open when she handed it to me through the window. The food was just crammed inside haphazardly, and the sausage gravy ended up spilling sideways. This is not ideal for customers who are heading to work. I’ve learned my lesson about placing the food bag on my lap.

The biscuits are always delicious. The service is great. The staff is always polite and professional.

The service was very quick, professional, and courteous. However, my pork chop biscuit was a bit lacking in flavor. I believe they should focus on improving that, even if it means adding some unhealthy ingredients. On a positive note, the grits were fantastic!

Food is great! Even gave a free dog biscuit for my dog!

I always would see this place when I would take the dog to the vet. I decided to stop and the food was so good the staff was friendly and the service was great. I will be back. If you haven't stopped, please do you won't be disappointed.
