Mertins John - Indian Harbour Beach

Just another place that would rather sell day old product than keep a high profile. Coffee is seldom hot and too frequently runs out half a cup full. Incredible amount of wasted time at the register over loyalty cards. Are the head-honchos sitting on their butts in the home office oblivious to the wasted manpower at the counter over the useless loyalty cards? I'll bet; overall they cost the stores customers and manpower.

We had a great experience here. Close view to the ocean was amazing! We loved the assigned covered parking. Not overcrowded like high rises, and lots to do in the area. Price was great and we had everything we needed in the unit. The pool was perfect.

We had never been to Indian Harbour before and it was our 5 year olds first trip to the Ocean. We made reservations on a whim and so glad we did. We needed a weekend of relaxation. We had our own private beach and the pool was warm and clean. The condo was amazing and up to date very quite. We ate most meals in the condo and grilled out a couple of nights. We can’t wait to schedule our next trip back. We were sad to leave. We made our reservations through VRBO, but it’s cheaper if you call and make reservations through the club. You don’t pay all the hidden fees.

So some of the condos are outdated . Some are just super dangerous . The elevator broke all the time . There is a wild group of kids that stay in 101 let me tell you talk about out of control and breaking things climbing pool fences . They also had so many people staying with them . I’m shure it was against flordia fire code . Just crazy . The condo we stayed in . The window was a safety hazard . The middle peice where u push to slide the window was completely broken and that window would shake with wind u could hear everything . Definitely a safety hazard . A lot of the stuff is outdated in the rooms some things u can tell have wear and Tare on them couches could use a good carpet cleaning . The parking is horrible most people with big vehicles don’t park in there parking spaces they use over flow which kills it for other people to park over flow if more then one vehicle comes with you. Also they have ants bad in the grass if you park by it the cars with have hundreds of ants in it the next morning . I wish the bbq would have had a cover if that area so you could use it more especially when raining . The views where nice . Prices cheap . We did come threw and Lysol everything cause it wasn’t done .

Before I talk about the condo, I want to say how great it was to deal with Cindy and the team that manages this place. This was our second time working with Cindy. The condo was clean, well maintained with great views of the ocean and beach. We were looking forward to 6 nice days. Then Dorian came and we had to cut our stay short to just 2 days. We would definitely stay here again and rent a place from Cindy.
