Wingstop - Independence

Dining at this restaurant can be quite unpredictable. Some visits result in perfectly cooked and beautifully presented dishes served promptly, while other times, your order may take an eternity and include missing items. Overall, the food is excellent, but the customer service definitely needs some improvement.

I ordered online and when I arrived, I could see my order sitting on the shelf behind the register. I had to wait a few minutes for someone to help me, even though there was no line. The wings were overcooked and dry, like little rocks. The fries were soggy and unappetizing. The placement of the soda machine was poorly thought out; I had to go back through the registers to find the lids and straws. To top it off, there was a guy at the entrance who looked unkempt. I definitely will not be returning.

Love their wings, but they're slow. At the order there is a 20 to 25 minutes time frame for pickup, but you should plan for 45 minutes to one hour. The food is fresh, and the order is usually accurate. I think the price is high, but if chicken isn't.

Me my husband and my son each ordered a meal for pickup my husband 's got there at 9:00 p.m. picked up our meals came home to realize that our dipping sauces and the extra ones we paid for we 're not in the bag we live a good 10 minutes away so my husband had to drive back to the store to get our dipping sauces and when he asked for an extra or to be compensated somehow he was told no but you can have your sauces by Jeremiah. And now it 's almost 10:00 and we can 't even enjoy our food because everything is cold and disgusting now, dear Lord I have to add to this now I 'm eating my wings and I only have eight now I 've been shorted,this is the worst Wing spot I think I 've ever been to in my life and I used to live by this place and eat there all the time it used to be great

The food tasted good but the service brought the rating down. Saved from 2 stars by the price. Ordered some 60 cent wings before the lunch rush. The site doesnt allow you to pay on the site, you have to walk in to pay. Not ideal but ok. The estimated wait time was 15-25 minutes. So after 15 minutes I drove over to get my food. When I got there though the food wasnt done. So I waited in their closed dining area. The area was a mess. The floors were super sticky and there were open cases of supplies about. I had to wait in this area for another 10 minutes. Looked like they were filling out all their door dash orders before getting to mine. I was standing right there, feed me too. Almost made me late for class.
