We were searching for a restaurant with outdoor seating and stumbled upon Court House Exchange. Having traveled from Florida with our small dog, we needed a pet-friendly spot, and they graciously accommodated us even without outdoor seating! The staff was fantastic (shoutout to you, Jodi!). The food was delicious; my Buffalo Chicken Salad was excellent, and my friend enjoyed his Court House Exchange Burger, which he said was cooked to perfection and full of flavor. If you're looking for a welcoming atmosphere and great food, this is the place to go!
We went a few years ago and it was really good. Went today and things have really seemed to change. They removed many of their favorites. I ordered their special of the day, fish and chips and there was a pool of grease at the bottom of my plate, when I picked up one piece of fish grease poured out! Our waitress was standing at our table watching this happen. I used THREE large napkins to soak up all the grease from just 1 of the pieces of fish! Very disappointing for $16
Used to be one of my favorite places to eat. Very disappointed. Menu shrank prices grew. Really not much of anything under $15 anymore. Got onion petals appetizer for $8.99 was about the size of a Medium fries at fast food joint. Not sure I will ever go back
I've always enjoyed coming here, but during my last visit about six months ago, we left because there was no one to serve us. Unfortunately, this time the food quality has noticeably declined, and the prices have shot up. Most items are priced between $14 and $16. There were only a handful of customers during dinner for the first time, which is concerning. I can't see how this place will continue to thrive without making some changes.
