The best donuts in the Kansas City area are a must-try! I drive over an hour just to enjoy these delicious treats. I have never encountered any issues with the staff behind the counter; they have always been friendly and welcoming. I've been a regular at this particular location for over five years. Just a heads up, be sure to bring cash since they don’t accept debit or credit cards due to the high processing fees associated with them.

A little kindness goes a long way. The donuts are good, though not particularly remarkable. However, the service could use some improvement, especially given the significant presence of Russian owners and staff.

The donuts were decent, but the interior was incredibly dirty. It felt like a real letdown. Half of the building, which I assume was the seating area, was cordoned off with a rope and cluttered with scraps, old toys, dirty clothes, and just a lot of trash. I wouldn't recommend this place and likely won't return.

That is enough to leave this assessment. We've been here for 20 years. By far my favorite donuts in the Kc area... but the employees are so hating that I will never walk here again. If you like hate people who talk to you... this is the place
