Im going five stars this time. The vegetable egg foo yung is dope. One of the best ive ever had. Drove an hour from Pittsburg yesterday just to get this. Plenty of veggies and the pancakes are thick and silky. I judge mexican restaurants on chili rellenos and carnitas and chine restaurants on egg foo yung and black bean sauce (which i have yet found in kansas). Great China knocks it out of the park. Best of all the owners are fantastic. Super warm and friendly. Not the last time i will make the mecca to Independence to dine
