Denny's - Independence

There were 8 in my group. they sat us right away. our waiter was amazing, the place was clean inside and outside and eating was delicious. denny’s also has the best coffee. food: 5/5

Other Denny’s we have tried are really good and well priced for what you get. A bit cleaner too. Every time we’ve come to this location it’s just sooo slow. An hour of waiting just for them to tell us they don’t have milk for the drinks. Just the drinks! Not even the food. Severely understaffed. Pass this one unless you have all night to hang out. If you must have Denny’s go to a different location. They aren’t even busy most of the time. Barely any tables. The cook must be drunk or something.

I usually go to breakfast with my family on Sunday mornings. It is usually a great breakfast and time spent together. I got there a little later than usual and I wish I hadn't went at all. Food was not fresh. Coffee wasn't either. Forgot my oldest daughters food so had to wait on that. Had to ask multiple different servers to get me stuff like sugar,more coffee, and even silverware.

Ordered online and when I went to pick up my food they had closed early ten minutes after I placed the order, you’d think if they had active orders they could have at least stayed open until they are picked up since they were closing early! Not to mention I’m out the money for my order until they open again and get around to issuing me a refund…too bad my wasted gas money isn’t getting refunded. Totally ridiculous, and they just permanently lost this customer.

Me and my s.o go here often for dates and it is never disappointing!! The prices aren’t outrageous and it always hits the spot. Shout out to Tara our most recent server, she was on top of her service and very friendly!
