Chipotle Mexican Grill - Independence

So, I forgot to say Kudos and give a shout out to Chipotle! Saturday, I went to Lowe’s to get some trim boards, while my husband was doing something at the house and decided to get food. I asked the guy if he would change his gloves before handling the cheese, (because he just made a burrito, and the tiniest speck of gluten can make me feel like death) and he asked if I had a gluten allergy, I said I did. The whole line changed their gloves, they changed all of the utensils and got me fresh cheese. I was a little embarrassed, but more than that I felt pretty lucky to have a place I can trust to eat. God Bless You Chipotle!!!

I have been going to this Chipotle for years. The food is always good and they seem to be more generous than most Chipotles when it comes to their portions. They do prioritize their mobile app orders over others so that is frustrating at times if you get your order in person like we do. Regardless we enjoy the food here.

Best Chipotle location around. Prefer this one over the 291 hwy location in Lee’s Summit any day. The food is always fresh at this one and the restaurant is always clean. Madison is a wonderful manager and you can tell she takes pride in running this location well.

DO NOT go to the chipotle in Blue Springs. I go out of my way to visit this location. Thank you for making good food on time!! Pickup hack: if you are ordering online just make the pickup time 10 minutes earlier than arrival so you are not waiting.

Very efficient and fast. The folks working there hear you the first time and craft your items quick. Food always seems a great deal more fresh than the other area Chipotles.
