The one female employee who kindly took the time to show me how to use the app about six or seven months ago has changed; she’s no longer as cheerful or engaging. I believe the stress of the job is getting to them. I hope that the warm, family atmosphere that used to be here returns soon, or else this restaurant may lose a significant amount of profit and customers—something that may have already begun.
I've been going to Casey's for three years, and it used to be great when Mary was running the place. Now, though, I find myself waiting while the staff smokes cigarettes and tells stories before they start making pizza. I think I'm done going there. Smoke 'em if you've got 'em, I suppose.
We are big fans of Casey Pizza, particularly their Taco pizza. However, when we ordered it tonight, it arrived without the toppings that we love the most. There was also no sauce. When I contacted the store, they informed me that they simply didn't have the toppings available. I requested to speak to the manager, but they asked me to return the pizza, which wasn't possible since we got it delivered. There were no apologies or offers to make it right for a future visit. It's very disappointing.
I just left the load on the 23rd where kim and karissa helped me with my breakfast pizza and a special request. karissa didn't care about mine, please to make a m of cheese on my pizza lol. when I waited, said kim while they wait, did they reward? I said no. she then said while they wait, they have time to set it up and it will order free pizza when they order 10. she helped me set up the app, explained to me how it works and even showed me the summer rewards scratching and playing to get more points on the app. I was very happy from there. they were very sweet and pleasant. they were amazing and only 5 o'clock.
Absolutely disgusted by how I was treated at this establishment. Zero customer service, ZERO RESPECT. Extremely rude they treat customers like they are just beneath them. I'm 35 years old was carded I have a plastic ID but its expired. I went got a new ID about 3 weeks ago was given a temporary paper ID until the new one arrives in the mail the older woman who was running the cash register said she couldn't take the plastic ID due to being expired so I got my new paper temporary ID out. Its paper she couldn't get it to scan so refused to complete my transaction she was so very rude disrespectful throughout the entire transaction. The person behind me which looked younger than me apparently is buddies with the employees wasn't even ask for ID. Customers are what keep your doors open we should be treated with respect basic human decency. I will be calling BBB about how this store is ran. If they know you they're your buddy they treat you completely different. Can't grow customers if your just awful to people that randomly stop in just bc were not your buddy.
