Captain D's - Independence

The lobby is closed on Tuesdays, and Wednesday and Sunday are senior days—information that isn’t mentioned on Google. My partner and I visited today and had a delightful experience. We were able to place our order and receive our food quickly without any wait. Expect to spend between $20 and $30 for two people. When our food arrived, everything was hot and delicious. I especially loved the coleslaw; it was fresh and tasty. This is a wonderful family restaurant!

This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with any restaurant owner. The quality of the food was appalling; the fish was bad, and the baked potatoes were hard and overcooked. I felt like I was fighting against half-cooked food. I also found a flat soldier in my meal. Please, do not waste your time here. I have always been a loyal customer who tips well, but I will never eat at Captain D's again. At least I managed to get my money back.

This place is so delicious and exceptionally well ran. I have come here numerous places in the last months. I'm leaving. eating is always fresh, very clean in the inner, large customer service. I hope they realize that their efforts are appreciated! I especially like that it is not only delicious, but also very healthy. loves the grilled white fish with rice, brokkoli and baked kartoffel.

We stopped here for dinner because fish and chips sounded good. I'm glad we stopped, and would recommend it. The staff were extremely friendly and the food was fantastic. The portions are pretty large and the sampler plate could have feed both me and my husband.
