The pizza quality has gone down while the prices have increased.

This is my review of Antonio's restaurant in Middleburg Heights, Ohio on February 26, 2024. I ordered two small pizzas for delivery online at 6:34 pm. The delivery took approximately one hour. The tracker showed my pizzas were ready by 7:10 pm, but by 7:25 pm, they were still not out for delivery. I called the store and was told the driver was still out making deliveries. When I called again at 7:44 pm, I was informed the driver had not returned to the store yet. I asked for my order to be canceled and for fresh pizzas to be made since I was on my way to pick them up. When I arrived at the store at 7:50 pm, the customer service was poor. The staff seemed unresponsive and unprofessional. I was not given a refund for the delivery fee and the manager did not handle the situation well. Overall, my experience at the Middleburg Heights store was disappointing and I hope that the management addresses these issues for future customers. - Unhappy Customer Robert Childs

I order from this location very often, few times a week. My absolute favorite.Very consistent.Spot-on pizza and the pizza nuggets are also delicious. I'd recommend lite pepperoni, well done LG Pizza Italiano NuggetsMessed up my order once, and they were more than happy to replace it.Excellent service.
