Andy's Frozen Custard - Independence

The food was delicious, but the service needs improvement. We waited 15 minutes for a pre-mixed pint and had to ask for it ourselves. Other customers also experienced long wait times and the treats being served were half melted. The restaurant needs better training for their staff. I won't be returning anytime soon, but hopefully the service will improve in the future.

I had a negative experience during my visit to this restaurant, but they made up for it and I was extremely grateful and happy with the outcome. I ordered the triple chocolate smoothie and the Heath chocolate chip dessert, both of which were delicious. Despite the initial setback, I was pleased with this visit and will definitely return in the future and recommend it to others.

I absolutely adore everything about Andy's. From their delicious concrete desserts to their adorable pup cups, everything is perfect. The staff is friendly and efficient, and my orders are always correct. I have never had a bad experience here. The location is also amazing. I am so happy that Andy's was built in Independence, Missouri.

Great selection of ice cream and Shake's at a reasonable price. Very delicious!

IT WAS HOT OUTSIDE 102 DEGREES. IT MELTED FAST. I HAD TO STOP DRIVING TO ENJOY IT. A MUST HAVE ON A HOT DAY. I butter pecan waffle , soooo gooood!
