This is the best place to get your real deal ilocos empanada !!! The staff may not speak ilocano, but the food menu is legit I know they are not easy to find on the first visit but it's just at the end of El Grande St. They have an equally popular pandesalan right beside them so you won't miss it. They don't open early but they close early Mapan kayon kakabsat!!!!!!
