Hipster taproom in the middle of the countryside. Good pizza but a little pricey. I do not speak beer but the crafts had unique notes I don’t usually taste in beers of Northern Nagano- woody, floral and fruity. OFIB and the oat stout ones were the best I tasted at the time I visited! I recommend making a reservation to get outside seating, especially if you’re a group of more than four people.

Very cool place! The owner is passionate about seasonal and local foods. Menu pairs well with beer. You can't find something you don't like. It's a bit of a smaller space so best to call ahead and see how busy it is.

We went on a Saturday and had a great experience. The food was made in front of us, with fresh local ingredients. We ordered the mariachi pizza, pulled pork pizza, and nachos (with homemade chips). It was a delicious and filling meal. The owners said a future menu may include tacos. There were many drink options, including non-alcoholic spiced cider (served chilled), beer on tap, and a lot of canned options so we could take some craft beer home for later. Thank you In a Daze!
