Taco Bell - Imlay City

I ordered one of the crave boxes for 9.99, they forgot part of it and gave me the wrong items. They were all soggy and tasted old. Never have I ever been disappointed in tacobell.

Very friendly people. Wish they all would be that friendly. But after dealing with people all day I would probably be in a bad mood too.

Its real sad because i live so close and i have to say this, im usually one to complain like ever but this was the worst by far ever taco bell. For starters my wife got a mexican pizza tasted no joke like it was made yesterday i spit the inly bite i had up. Next i had got the new crispy chicken empanada maybe half a scoop of chicken and didnt even get my spicy ranch, on top of that i got 2 5 layer burritos suppose to be grilld, well you guess it wasnt grilled and it seemed to me there was just beans in both. Mind you ive been craving twco bell havent had it in a while and this is what we get not to mention it was to me what looked like thrown into the bad the mexican pizza was all smashed all yhe food had im not kidding a drip of grease on every item we got as if i was ordering a bag of five guys fries, it was overall if i could honestly rate it and it sucks because i live 5 minutes from this location and i do believe everyone there should A get retrained or B fired. Like i said this is u like me to post these things im really easy going and never have i ever been picky but this was with no care in the world made by people who are careless and care less about the customers. I also will be calling corporate to make a complaint this was a sad excuse for taco bell and i have ate taco bell for 20+ years and this was the worst by far ive ever had in my entire life my wife agrees. I want nothing from you guys ever again. I will never waist my time or my money on this place ever in my entire life. To all who worked at 5:45 pm on friday the 16th at the imlay city location may god be with you because whatever you are going through you all need his guidance on cooking from the good lord upstairs.God blessFrom a never again customer who is concerned of the well being of other whoever eat here

I got beef nachos with no beans but I guess that means no beef as well ?‍

I get there to sit in line at drive thru fairly long line per usual at lunch . No worries there sit patiently in line I'm now one car back and about to be next . Lady orders for a car full and pulls forward. I pull up next no one evers answers the speaker to greet or take order . There's line almost to road behind me I kept saying hello no response. Pull forward and back incase motion sensor didn't work nothing . Pull around to go inside and place order she's now taking the guys order who was behind me the whole line that was ahead of me is gone I ask to place and order and I get a sorry we're busy and brushed off . Nothing like wasting 30 mins total to get nothing. Customer service industry is definitely gone by the way side . If I can't order in person or in the drivethru I'm just simply not going back .
