Why offer white cake batter as an option when you actually get yellow?

This Kroger location is quite disappointing compared to others that offer a much better selection of items. Recently, they've adjusted their hours to close earlier because many of their employees have contracted COVID-19. Additionally, the enforcement of mask-wearing here is very relaxed. Many customers have also been voicing their concerns for months about the slow service at pump one, yet it seems that feedback isn't being addressed.

This has been the second time i buy meat from the (imlay city) KROGER

Way to many employees not wearing masks!!!!!! This pandemic is not a joke! Management does not care about customer safety. I will be shopping elsewhere.

The customer service department at the imlay City store has been terrible lately. Rude and snotty at times. They walk away, and sometimes even snap at you if you ask for help. Example, my husband went to buy a lottery ticket. Instead of a cordial friendly greeting he gets well isn 't the lottery machine working ?? As if it 's too much trouble to wait on him. He explained well I don 't want to put a 20 dollar bill in for a 5 dollar ticket since it doesn 't give change. Ummm he should not have to explain himself!! What is up with your employees? I worked retail years ago and would never dream of being snippy or rude towards customers!! If you don 't like your job find another that doesn 't require you to interact with others.
