Burns Beach Sunset Village - ILUKA

I made a reservation but had personal issues and had to cancel the next day. When I tried to call, the office had limited hours. They informed me that there would be a $35 cancellation fee, even though I gave more than 2 days notice. I was disappointed to find out that the cancellation fee applies from the moment of booking. I may not book here again.

Only open weekdays and saturdays to 12pm. Dont stay here! Not welcoming unless you manage to pass their horrible designed website. I arrived on a Saturday at 1pm and theres literally no way to stay here bc they come back on monday. 1/10

This is an outstanding casual dining place.Set on the waterfront at Burns Beach,there is a large park opposite which is always full of families on any given day,a marvellous location

We stayed in a powered site...our greeting was very friendly and we never saw them again. The views of the water are amazing, but the amenities should be torn down and replaced, they were probably renovated years ago but it was a cheap job and...they were very unclean. If you have health issues like me do not stay here if you need to use the amenities.

Right on the beach so great views all day! Next to a brilliant day time cafe with fantastic food service! Majority of park is taken by permanent residents. Caravan sites are concrete pad with grass alongside plenty of room to park vehicle ...have awning out bigger vans would have trouble parking up if tents/campervans were opposite. Ablution blocks are spotless, cleaned daily rubbish bins provided to each pitch are emptied regularly also. $58 per night powered site. Park staff are friendly helpful Would def stay again recommend to all!!
