Carcosa - Iloilo

Wow! Let me share my thoughts on the soft tacos. The fish and carnitas were both delicious, but the carnitas stood out as exceptional. Overall, the food was excellent and offered great value. I also tried the mango shake, and it had a nice thick consistency.

My partner and I really enjoy this cozy restaurant; we've been here three times now. The prices are reasonable, and the lunch menu is absolutely delicious. We'll definitely be coming back!

I tried Carcosa for dinner and really enjoyed the crab and butter pasta, which is oil-based and absolutely delicious. We also ordered the regular fish and chips, but it was nothing to write home about. The pan-seared salmon was served in a small portion, but it paired well with the garlic rice. The ribs were decent, but nothing remarkable. The nachos were average—somewhat spicy, but mostly covered in cheese. The Carcosa special pizza was also just okay. Overall, the atmosphere was lovely and cozy, and while the food was pretty good, it didn't blow me away.

The place is nice and the ambiance is good. If you want to dine in a more peaceful place, Bistro Carcosa is the place. I really love their pizza. I have yet to try the other meals they offer. Pricing could be a little higher. They serve snacks and rice meals. They also have outdoor seating if you like.

Covid 19 Review: Place is cozy but could get warm as the AC is no longer used. Menu gives you a wide variety. For vegetarians, you definitely have some choices here. Serving time is fast. Prices are reasonable. Booking a reservation in advance is recommended. Personnel are polite.
