Really badly organized. Improvements to the crates and especially at the exit are necessary (a rug too slow, a 4th crate still closed), but nothing wants to be done. It would also be good to vary entries and desserts sometimes.

The menu shown on site and on the website is often different from what we find in our plates. No problem for lambda people who can eat everything that comes but those with a special diet pass your way. I understand that it is only a UK and not a restaurant but I find it unacceptable to be unable to serve a real meal from 12:30. To find yourself eating water pasta with a little parmesan and dry bread because oups there's more it's nothing. Knowing that this problem has been for several years, it means that the staff is counterfeited and takes no initiative to resolve it. Staff who are very disrespectful to people with a special diet you only have to eat meat, or not I just want to give you fries. Let's not even talk about the area of the laying tray junched with waste because there are only 3 poor trash for the thousand people who eat. I have already sent an email but no answer or return from them, it must be believed that when it is not about money, we do not need to answer. At 3,50€ the meal 1€ for the fellows, I am aware of the difficulty of being able to meet the needs and desires of each one but the least thing is to respect what you say yourself on your menus, the story of not making people waste time already that you have to wait half an hour to be able to eat.

I've never seen such a catastrophic tray flow management. The 1200 people who eat daily in this coffee maker must, one by one, place their tray on a tiny conveyor. Result: Agglutinations without respect for barrier gestures, often preventing students from arriving at the current time. Improving this conveyor is a necessity!

I'm temporarily putting 1 star because the management of the release tray is catastrophic, completely under dimension, and it's been going on for years. This ruins the very good work of the staff and the good value of the meals.

Very aggressive staff including snack and sandwich. Allows you to listen to it if you hesitate to choose your order or ask for info on sandwiches or menus
