The experience was quite unsettling due to the unexpected activity happening in the restaurant. The donuts are definitely worth trying, but I can't recommend this location based on my overall experience.

The staff at the Herkimer location could be a bit friendlier, and they often get my order wrong. However, the Ilion location has been fantastic—super friendly, and they got my order right on my first visit. Service: Takeout Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10

Ilion dunkin has stepped up in a big way since my last visit friendly hard working staff quick service and a great product my only complaint is the prices wow !!!! Went to florintine bakery in utica and the service and products are far superior and the prices and atmosphere are better . Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
