Mcdonald's - Idaho Falls

We are from out of town and I have honestly never been to a better McDonalds in terms of customer service. Actually I've never enjoyed McDonalds customer service until this evening. It was extremely busy and the wait was a little long, especially the drive through, it was insane. We went inside and were served by a very polite cashier, Chantel Guinyard. Due to the backup there was a slight mistake with our order and she caught it immediately. She correct the mistake in a very timely fashion and apologized several times. She was very polite, kind and professional and should be recognized and rewarded for her excellent customer service. It's hard to find good customer service nowadays and she is the epitome of quality service. Thank you again, Chantel, they're lucky to have you

Very fast service and very nice. Of course I never eat here but mother in law wanted too. I got a strawberry freeze lemonade. Talk about brain freezes!!

Went there at about 8am in the morning. The drive thru was full but I decided to use it anyways. Took less then a min and a half for me to get my coffee. Also unlike some of the other McDonald's in the area the cup was actually full. Seemed like they were very organized this morning and all were very happy.

The service at this restaurant is absolutely fantastic and the speed is incredible. I was able to go through the entire drive-thru in less than 2 minutes. Tana provided great assistance and was very pleasant at the window. This McDonald's is definitely my favorite in Idaho Falls.

I really enjoy the fries, especially when they are hot and fresh. The new bakery items are absolutely delicious.
