Firehouse Subs - Idaho Falls

Firehouse is delicious. However, there was no line when I ordered, and they didn't tell me there were over 5 orders ahead of me from online orders. I stopped in from out of town. If I'd known there were that many ahead of me when I'd ordered, I would have gone elsewhere.

Great atmosphere, and very attentive staff!!! I love this place... The BEST sandwich in I.F. period!!!

One of the best values to be found today! I could dine very well in this restaurant on a daily basis if I could afford to eat out every day.Parking: Very limited parking as the lot is shared with 3 other food providers.Wheelchair accessibility: Has handicapped parking in front of the door. I was on crutches during this last visit. Getting around inside was challenging due to the limited walkways.

This location is woefully understaffed.The staff are amazing people and they try to give the best level of service possible BUT it is impossible to serve the counter and make a sandwich all at the same time.Because of the staffing issues the back end is filthy and the tables are not cleanedDid I say the Staff are amazing?Cracking Jokes, Laughing and even apologizing because they are short staffed and are trying their bestMy suggestion Go in and be a blessing to them. Crack a joke, laugh, smile, even tip them and understand they are not the reason for the problems here . . . they showed up!

We were in on a sunday 11/19/23 around 4pm. Only one person was working. A little busy but the worker was busting his butt. Still super friendly, fast and as always great food.
