Dutch Bros Coffee - Idaho Falls

This experience is always an excellent one. The employees are always delightful. The beverages are on point. Other food service providers should take notes on what service should be.

The service was good but I wasn't a fan of the coffee and neither were the other two that I ordered for. The fact that I can't order a double shot in the dark is pretty lame also.

This coffee company is well worth the detour off of the interstate. I chose to park my car and use the walk up window during their shift change. It didn?t affect the customer service I received and the beverage itself was really good. This location has a great atmosphere with its staffing and the location itself was easy to find. They accept card, cash or Apple Pay via their app.

The lattes are usually very good, but can be inconsistent in both flavor and temperature. Service is slow as compared to Starbucks. The outside music is a great idea, unfortunately a speaker points at the drive thru window making it hard to converse with the bistro. The youngsters running the place are friendly enough.

They were super helpful with answering questions and helping us find the kind of drink we wanted for our first visit. We are from the East coast so we don't have Dutch Bros there. It was fun hearing the different combos and kinds of coffee. Staff was awesome!! All liked their drinks!
