Thanks to the warm welcome from the hostess, Julie immediately felt at home at Brasserie Cousteau. After trying the expertly crafted dishes by Chef Guy, you can tell that you are in for a treat. The youthful energy in the kitchen gives each dish a special touch. What more could you ask for on a plate? We will definitely be returning and recommend that everyone follow our lead! In a nutshell, an amazing experience!

I recently discovered this hidden gem located just a short walk away from the B&B I was staying at (B&B Blauwkasteelhof). I decided to try the four-course set menu which included Crab, Red Snapper, Pheasant, and a deconstructed Apple Crumble for dessert. Each dish was beautifully presented and paired perfectly with a selection of wines. The Pheasant dish was a standout for me, as I have a particular fondness for game dishes. The crab starter provided a nice change of pace. The service, managed by a friendly hostess who spoke excellent English, was impeccable. Despite only being open for a few months, this restaurant is definitely worth a visit!
