Mcdonald's - Hyannis

This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Consistently have the orders wrong. Really appears like this particular franchise is just falling completely apart. Just watched five people leave the line after standing there for over 10 minutes with no one taking an order or even acknowledging us. That was after sitting in the Drive-Thru for 10 minutes while their employees for whatever reason continue to get my order wrong. Avoid this place like the plague

This is by far the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. The manager has a horrible demeanor she should not be working with the public. This was my 2nd time here and I should 9f never came back after the 1st horrible service we received but I figured everyone has a bad day I'll go again. BIGGGG MISTAKE!! The service was HORRIBLE they messed up our whole order then when I went back to tell them she wanted me to pay again. When it was their mistake. Please get rid of this horrible lady. AND CLEAN UP THIS DIRTY PLACE.

Update from march 2023 The worst ever McDonald's i am taking my stars back.... Honestly, it's not the best McDonald's. They always mix up my orders . Drive true is moving in slow motion ... food is ok. I wish they had the same sandwiches as down in Florida (update they actually have them, but they do know that. When i order inside on the touch screen, they even have new ones that i have never seen before. However, they do not know how to make them) They make great iced coffee. I have to add that i wait 35 min for order... they again miss items and of course nobody doesn't know where they are ... so i asked for a refund and guess they told me if i do not get my $87 back to show up and they will give a try again...

Order was messed up, food tasted like it was several days old. Didn't even finish the order due to the taste of aged fries and hamburger s. Messed with my stomach the next day.

Ordered a number 1 and a number 2 breakfast got to window was told 28.00 I said we ordered a #1 and a #2 ask for receipt and was told no paper in printer. Asked for card back and girl dropped and shut window. There is no way that could have been 28.00... beware they are stealing.
