Rio Grande Tex Mex - Hutto

I'm not sure why I'm here for so long. I was also pleasantly surprised how good the margaritas were. Typically, when I see sweet sour as a mixer, I happened, but these had the perfect mix and lots os tequila. the restaurant is well designed nd both the severs and bartender are super friendly and offer great service. rio grande is officially included in the rotation list.

When our meal arrived, the waitress said she needed to use the serviette of my wife because the plate was hot and she would bring her a replacement. we asked three others about a serviette and no one yet brought one. on the 4th, please bring the serviette. at this time my wife had finished her meal. if we wanted to pay our money, we don't have a pie to see the accusations. she had a handheld device to pay. she just told us the amount of the bill. When I paid that, I asked if I wished a reception and I chose yes. no reception printed. eating was at best mediocre. this is the first time we have been digging there, as they have been moved to this place. it will be our last

Was a good spot very nice people and so far all food I have tried has tasted good.

We were hoping the food would be awesome but nope, just average. The new restaurant is pretty with nice outside/covered patio seating. I am sure it will be a great happy hour hang-out. The best thing was our chips and salsa. The food wasn't bad but nothing special. I am not sure if the bartender was filling in or what but they insisted that Ginger Ale and Ginger Beer are the same thing for their Deep Eddy Mule...got a little put out when I sent it back, but they did take it off of the bill. Bean and cheese nachos consists of 3 full size tortillas smeared with refried beans, some cheese, and a little dab of sour cream and avocado on the plate. Their tomatillo sauce is spicy (not indicated on the menu). The chicken in the enchilada was moist and there was plenty of it Parking is tricky, just need to go on past the door to park in the back. I might or might not go back for a meal.

So sooo good! The fajita meat was tender and seasoned perfectly to satisfy the ethnic palate?Lol! Janice was a pleasant server. Other staff also checked on us. The restaurant was also extremely clean. Will definitely be returning at least once a month (since we always over order). ?
