Boba Tea And Flavor Of Asia - Hurst

I reside at a substantial distance from this restaurant approximately 40 minutes by car. In order to ensure the availability of the dine in service, we had the foresight to call ahead before undertaking the journey. We were explicitly informed by a staff member that the restaurant would indeed be open and ready to accommodate us by 3 pm. Regrettably, upon arrival at 2:45pm, following a drive of 40 minutes, we were disconcertedly told that the dine in option was no longer available. The resultant round trip consumed over an hour of our time and was, unfortunately, entirely fruitless. Extremely disappointing and take customer’s time as nothing.

I absolutely adore the authentic dishes at this restaurant and the staff is fantastic. The people are friendly and this place definitely serves some of the best authentic Chinese food in the DFW area. It's a hidden gem for sure. I would give the food a perfect 5 out of 5 rating.

The food is pretty good. I love the walnut shrimp best!!!But I would never come back. The atmosphere and service is awful. The service is pretty slow cos they short of personnel. There were even two kids working there, a 14-15 year old boy?? and a 9-10 year old girl ??. The manger was so harsh to them. She yelled at them all the time, and even tried to unlock the restroom that the boy was in and said “we need to talk”.??‍??‍We asked the manager if we could have two more small bowls. Obviously we didn’t get the small bowls in the end because she was so busy blaming the girl miscalculating the price that she forgot about our bowls.So the atmosphere was pretty awful. Guests could feel the tension in the air. ?All those happened in a Saturday afternoon. I would say “hire someone, cos the kids deserve happy weekends!”那个老板娘对两个小服务员很凶。客人都觉得气氛紧张

This place is really good! Consistently tasty food and reasonable prices. Never had any issues ordering from here. Their Fried Pork in Scoop and Jingdong meat pie are amazing!Food: 5/5

The restaurant served delicious and authentic food in generous portions, especially considering the high prices of today. The prices were reasonable and the service was just right - not too friendly, but not unfriendly either. We would definitely return to this restaurant again! Food: 5/5
