Perks never disappoints. This is by far my favorite location. Everyone who works here is always so friendly and sweet! And this 5 shot Iced Americano with caramel and oat milk is delicious!! Go get one :

Pure Bliss. That was our experience. We might not recall the name of the gal that helped us, but her smile and drink suggestion were spot on. You know who you are Pure Bliss, half sweet, 2%. You rock! Give her a high five for making our day (and our drinks)! If we are ever in the neighborhood again, we know where to stop. ?

Priced comparably to any other coffee shop. Way better than Starbucks. Very friendly staff. I will be a regular customer.

So, i go to this perks quite often, but today i was disappointed. i usually get italian sodas with cream, and they?re USUALLY delicious. however, today i got one (the one on the right) and it was EXTREMELY foamy. i got home and the drink itself was only two thirds full. i went back, and the girl who helped me had a bit of an attitude. i ended up paying for another one (the one on the left), but i feel like the situation was handled a bit poorly. i am just hoping the baristas we?re having a bad day, as i normally love going there, but today was just a poor experience overall :
