Fat Patty's Teays Valley - Hurricane

Arrived early for take out order. Food was cold. When I got home, I discovered that my French Dip sandwich with extra Au Jus had NO Au Jus in the bag. Not much of dip without the Au Jus. I was assured everything was in the bag at pickup. I should 've double-checked before leaving. Barboursville location got a great review. This location was awful.

Gluten free buns for burgers. Staff was NOT very knowledgeable in regards to celiacs or gluten allergies. The server didn't what what items on the menu would be safe for celiacs.

Sidney was the best bartender I’ve had in awhile service was great!!!

We waited so long for our food we started talking to table next to us about both of our wait time as we came in one right after the other , we got no apologies from any staff even after we mentioned how long it was taking they actually disagreed with us, we checked the time! Our waitress sucked, we got no drink refills, no coming back to check on us, we watched the servers hanging around by the bar in no hurry , The ice in my pop melted before my food came all or food was cold cold onion rings cold fried green tomatoes cold wings this place was one big disappointment we won’t be back
