Romeo's Pizza - Huron

I ordered online, but my order was canceled 30 minutes after my credit card was charged. Then, I had to place the entire order again. What a hassle!

We relocated from Pittsburgh, and my wife and I consider ourselves pizza connoisseurs. We decided to try a pizza from this place because they advertised their award-winning pies. However, we're still trying to figure out what that award was for—maybe just for participating, since that seems to be a common practice these days. The crust was nothing special, and the sauce leaned a bit too much toward the sweet side for our taste. Overall, it wasn't a terrible pizza, but it's not something I’d want to try again.

The food was good, but it arrived cold. The delivery took an hour and a half, despite being initially promised in 30 minutes. They added extra sauce on top because it had been sitting for an hour and dried out. Unfortunately, they didn’t offer any compensation for the inconvenience. They should take better care of their customers in the future.

Worked here. They drop things on the floor and put them back, GM by the name of Kiara asked me for my Adderall. Wasn't trained but was harassed out of a job.

On 8/2/23 we ordered from Romeos pizza in Huron Ohio. We spent $83.59 with tip $88.00. Our oder number was #19. We drive from the West side of sandusky to go pick our orders up. This will most likely be the last time i travel that far for a while to get pizza from here. We usally have a great experience here at this store. Its always friendly kind and seems they care about the product they put out. But on this order we ask for the xl buffalo chicken pizza with thin crust and recieved traditional crust which is not to bad i understan people make mistakes but they literally cut this pizza into 6 giant pieces. We also got a create your own buffalo chicken calzone which was burnt on the outside and uncooked in the middle. Needless to say this experience was a horrible one and to drop almost a $100 on this and it be this messed up is enough to just not waste the drive time and just start going back to our local shop here in town. It was like they didnt have a care in the world of how the product went out the door and the sad part is they didnt even seem to be busy the guy working behind the counter was actually in the lobby eating at a table and had to get up to go get our food. Will not be going back here anytime soon kinda feel like we got robbed on this one.
