Dixie Depot - Hurley

Extremely rude. Waited forever at the window and finally went in. When I asked if they still used the window she got an attitude and told me she had customers in front of her. Which I get that... but it doesn’t take 5 minutes to let someone know they aren’t being ignored. The conversation got heated and it ended with me being told if I don’t like it don’t shop there...

Seems like it’s been going down hill. Wife just left when the person cooking didn’t hear the lady give them the order for chicken. Wife waited 20 mins and they didn’t drop her order.

ALWAYS running out of gravy. I dont understand why they dont make more when three mornings this week they've run out before 8am. SMH

I have been in the store several times and it is so hot in there! The chocolate is melting all through the store. One of the employees was so apologetic even though it was not her fault. The poor employees are all sweating and suffering, albeit nice. I don't know what needs to be done but the A/C is very important here in the south. I would have tried the food but nobody wants to sweat and eat, especially when the staff is sweating. The fountain drink machine is so busy that the employees can't keep up with the ice. They have ones that make their own ice. That would be better. The store looks great and has some good stuff but I had to get back in my 23 yr old car for the A/C!

EXTREMELY SLOW SERVICE! 10+ minutes in the drive through line just waiting for them to take my order.
