Wheat Free Delights - Huntsville

My wife recently found out that she needed to eat gluten-free, so we are adjusting our cooking and eating habits. She tried a gluten-free bun from the Mexican food trailer by the docks and loved it. They told her they got them from Blue Moon, so I went there for the first time and also enjoyed the place. I bought six buns and will return to try out more of their menu, hoping their other food is as good as the buns.

This gluten-free bakery is amazing. The bakery treats and breads are all fresh and tasty. They freeze well and the owners are fantastic. You should definitely visit this bakery, you won't be disappointed.

I made garlic bread for a family dinner with 10 people. I am the only one who is gluten free, and everyone absolutely loved the baguette! It was the best gluten free bread they had ever tasted.

The best gluten free butter tarts I have ever eaten by a mile. The gluten free baguette was the first I have eaten that was worthy to be called a baguette. My only complaint is that this place is much too far from Ottawa.

My partner made me come here after not being able to eat butter tarts for the past ten years. These butter tarts brought back memory fragments of my grandmother's. The flavour is almost identical. On top of that, there was fresh banana bread, and the woman who sold it to us sliced it up for us to have some while it was still warm. Everything was delicious and I can't wait to come back soon!
