フィードバックを提供するI typically don't write reviews unless the service was exceptionally good or exceptionally bad. In this case, SK restaurant's customer service was extremely terrible. Although it is just a 5-minute drive from my house, I chose to go to the one on Madison Blvd because of this experience. When I placed my order and showed my military ID for the discount that SK offers, the cashier informed me that they do not offer the discount on Fridays. When I and the person behind me asked when this policy started, he repeated the same information without acknowledging us. I would have appreciated a simple "I don't know" as an answer, but being completely ignored as a customer was just plain disrespectful.
I only have a smoothie of them and if I could give 0 stars. It was a DoorDash and once I tried to drink it, I knew something was wrong. But I didn't expect it to be so terrible. There were legit bites of ice in there. Balls of chocolate powder and I paid for extra bananas, but I absolutely don't taste any. I literally had to put it twice in my own mixer and give it a good way to make it suitable... I tried to call the store and nobody answered... What in the world boys
Terrible customer service. Has made smoothie wrong. Don't excuse me for mistakes or care.
A female employee hurried to the door right before closing time at 8:59, as if she were about to lock the door on me and three other customers.
Consistently excellent. While they may not always recognize me, I visit this restaurant three times a week and receive attentive service. The smoothies are delicious with a variety of choices. It would be nice if they offered a build-your-own smoothie option.
