It?s rare to find an eatery dedicated to safe, gluten free, eating. That?s why I?m intrigued by Mason Dixon Bakery?s offerings. I?ve enjoyed several treats from here including their chocolate chip cooked and their delicious cup cakes. This morning I tried the breakfast sandwich which you can get on various breads (gluten free, dairy free, or paleo friendly) or a gluten free biscuit. Thumbs up! The sandwich was delicious. I eat the best chocolate chip cookies I've ever eaten. cannot say enough good things about this place that they were super friendly and helpful for me while I was in huntsville. I even know they're going home after my departure.

We hired Mason Dixon as our wedding caterer in April 2022 and were extremely impressed. They handled everything: dinner, dessert (you'd never know they were gluten free! , staff, serving ware, and table cloths. We had a very enjoyable tasting, and they were extremely easy to contact and work with leading up to the big day. Don't let the name fool you- this is the place to go if you're looking for a caterer in Huntsville without the typical southern BBQ style food although i'm sure they could handle that too. Highly recommend!

Amazing! Stopped by for Gluten Free (GF) grub for my cousin, and they delivered! Literally, they helped me out to my car with the GF goods-cupcakes, pasta salad and cinnamon rolls. The incredibly helpful cashier even packed the frozen rolls on ice to keep them from proofing en route. Will definitely be back for more healthy snacks!

I would recommend mason dixon bakery. we have booked them to make our high-time cake and it has turned out absolutely perfect. they have captured my vision. they delivered a cake stand and delivery to our venue. we were able to taste and choose our aromas, and everyone has been over the delicious our cake!
