フィードバックを提供するThe service was extremely slow. I placed an online order for pickup and ended up waiting 45 minutes from the time I ordered. After waiting in the store for 20 minutes past my expected pickup time, I asked about my order, and the staff member responded unprofessionally with just, "it's coming," without any further information. Meanwhile, I watched other customers come in and leave with their food shortly after I arrived. Are orders not being prepared in the order they are received? I probably won't use their quick pickup service again.
I ordered catering from this restaurant for an event, but I received a call from the catering service just an hour before the event to inform me that Firehouse hadn’t received our order and couldn’t fulfill it. This was very unprofessional! When I called the restaurant myself, the staff was unhelpful and said the manager was unavailable. I had to reach out to the Jones Valley location, and they were able to fulfill our order. I’m extremely disappointed.
The food is consistently messy, as if it was just hastily thrown together. Additionally, the employees seem indifferent to both the quality of the food and the cleanliness of the restaurant. Each time I visit, the place is filthy – the tables are dirty, and the drink machines are unkempt. Because of this, I’ve decided that I will no longer be dining at this Firehouse Subs location.
I really don’t like firehouse sub. Someone brought us lunch from there so I agreed. The chips were missing from our order, the manager said that I could stop by and pick them up. Very nice, no problem. The staff seemed to working good together. I would try them again with a different sub next time. I’ll give them a thumbs up
Sandwich was tasty, but it doesn't seem like they are putting as much meat on it now
