Dunkin' - Huntsville

The first time was great! A few days ago there was enough for me to stay at home and make coffee there. 15 min. For my order (2 drinks) while I watched an icy drink on the counterwater below over 10 min, it had realized my ticket number on it, but I could not check because it had sugar plug in it and that was not what I ordered and the other drink was never made. Waiting well on the counter... while every employee there INCLUDING the manager, made eye contact and ran away ignored me. Then the guy asked if I needed something, he was quick to fix the problem and apologize. But not 1 of those who acknowledge me. I'll go back. No one made drinks and 4 people waited for drinks! No professionalism at the 2nd round.

I love coming here every day. If you have a bad day, it makes 10x better. You were always super nice. They have trained new employees so we had a few mess-ups on our orders, but when we mention it, they always do it right. I and my husband come here every day!

Great attitude of staff, very friendly and helpful. With the app is a large contactless payment that I can easily load from my phone. Great drinks for a more reasonable price?

Hayden is the absolute sweetest. Not only does he have except customer service skills, he has a kindness that extends beyond just being professional at his work place. He is so helpful with choosing beverages, he helps you find the perfect drink without being rushy or pushy. He made me day so much better!
