Chicken Salad Chick - Huntsville

This is a fantastic spot for a light lunch. I visit frequently, but my last experience wasn't quite right. The tea was a bit diluted, the ice machine was acting up, and there were no lemons or limes available.

I’ve had Fancy Nancy from this location twice in the past month and I’ve tried the Chicken Salad Chick many times overall. Fancy Nancy is usually my favorite because I really enjoy the grapes. However, during my first visit here, I noticed there was very little fruit in the dish. I thought it might have been a one-time issue, but after ordering it again today, I was disappointed to find there were no grapes at all in the chicken salad, and the croissant was stale. I expected a better experience based on my previous visits to other Chicken Salad Chick locations.

The chicken salad is always fantastic! This was my first visit since the onset of COVID, and I will definitely return!

Normally I like this place, but the food definitely made me sick Monday within an hour and half of the food and I had nothing else ate in the morning and felt good before I went there. I was in TJ Maxx next door and it wasn't pleasant. The store had a strong smell that I never smelled. I sent them a private message on Facebook and nobody even answered. I wanted to let her know so no one else would get sick. No answer. I can say they read the message. EDIT: After sending another message, they replied to let me know that their food didn't make me sick because it was in the temperature. I know it was the food. I noticed that the BBQ was a very soft and casual. Did not notice if it was a different temperature. Could have been the eggs. I don't know what it was, but after it got out of my stomach, I wasn't sick again. I felt a little off for a few hours, but wasn't sick again and was good at dinner.
